2. The system automatically assigns the order to a verified African kitchen or caterer closest to the customer.

3. The customer receives a clear bulk price quote and delivery time estimate.

4. Once the customer confirms and completes payment, the kitchen begins preparation.

5. The caterer cooks the food to perfection, using authentic ingredients and traditional methods.

6. GrabFeast arranges delivery and ensures the food is delivered as scheduled.

7. After successful delivery, the kitchen (caterer) is paid.
